Q: When will my order ship?

A: Paid orders ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships.

Q: Are customs/commissions available?

A: Commissions are open! These may only be discussed via email (found on my contact page). Please include reference photos and a detailed description of what you’re looking to have made. Commissions start at $50 and will require a 50% deposit before work begins. Feel free to email me for more information!

Q: How do I contact you?

A: I can be reached by email. See the “Contact” section of my page. I answer messages Monday through Friday. I am a one woman team, so patience is always appreciated. Please do not try and reach me via social media DM as I will likely not see it.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently I offer shipping to the United States and Canada. This also includes Military addresses as well. Shipping costs depend on the location of the delivery address and are added at checkout.

Q: Where do you get your shipping materials?

A: Most shipping materials are recycled or reused to help reduce waste! Though some packaging is new, most of my materials are sourced from my supply orders or other items shipped to me. Don’t be alarmed if your package is in a secondhand box- it’s still the same Cactus Heart goodies inside!

Q: What if my order arrives damaged/broken?

A: Accidents happen! If your piece arrives damaged or broken please email me immediately. If your piece is damaged or broken in transit I can repair or discuss other options. Once your piece is out of the package and in your personal care I am not responsible for damage, but do offer repairs on most pieces.
